Day 1
Fruit Day
It is the first day of diet plan to lose body weight in 7 days. First day is the fruit day because you have to eat just fruits throughout the day. The suggested fruits are Watermelon and cantaloupe. You can eat any fruit you want. There are no restrictions on types of fruits. Do not try to eat anything else. Even avoid the boiled vegetables also. Be happy throughout the day by eating just assorting fruits and drinking water only.
- Take almost 8-12 glasses of the water.
- Avoid eating banana on day first.
Day 2
Vegetables Day
Day 2 gives you an opportunity to eat your favourite vegetables because you are surely tired of eating just fruits on 1st day. You can eat any raw and cooked (Without Oil) vegetable. If you wanna eat potatoes then it is better to eat them at morning only. Some suggested vegetables are boiled cabbage, cucumber, raw and cooked carrot, ridge ground, broccoli, boiled bottle and lettuce.
Do not miss your daily dose of 8-12 glasses of water.
Day 3
Fruits and Vegetables Day
The third day of this plan is the mixture of fruits and vegetables. It allows you to eat your desired vegetables or fruits anything you want to eat. There is a little bit arrangement of eating fruits and vegetables.
- Eat Fruits in morning and evening time.
- Eat Vegetables in afternoon and night time.
Do not touch Potatoes and Bananas throughout the third day.
Day 4
Banana and Milk Day
This diet plan to lose body weight has interesting its 4th day. This day allows you to consume bananas and milk throughout the day. You should take 8-10 bananas and 3-4 glasses of milk in a specific arrangement.
- Take 1 glass milk with one banana in morning.
- Eat two bananas with one glass milk for lunch.
- Take 2-3 bananas with one glass milk in evening.
- Take one glass milk with 2-3 bananas in night.
Day 5
Tomatoes Day
If you love to be a bit hungry then this day offers you such opportunity. On the 5th day of this food plan, you can have one cup of rice for lunch and six to seven tomatoes throughout the day in different times. No doubt tomatoes will increase the level of uric acid in the body. Therefor you have to take 12-15 glasses of water at the fifth day of this diet plan to lose body weight in 7 day only.
Day 6
Rice Day
Sixth day of this food plan also offers you an opportunity to be a bit hungry. At this day, you will have one cup of rice for lunch and some vegetables for the rest day. Make sure to have 8-12 glasses of water on sixth day as well. You will surely feel hungry but be determine. The sixth day is important for 7th day diet plan. You are not just decreasing your body weight but also making your digestive system very well and better to perform.
Day 7
Best Day
Hurrraahh...!! You reaached the last day for weight lose diet plan. This day allows you have one cup of rice and all type of vegetables you love with fresh fruits juice. This is considered as the best day because it allows all type of desired vegetables which are flush out by consuming the fresh fruit juices.
No doubt you will feel a considerable weight loss at the last day of this food plan. Though this diet plan is a bit strict but it is very beneficial for health and body weight loss.
