  2. Raise right foot from the floor.
  3. Straight your right arm.
  4. Bend Forward keeping your back straight.
  5. Leg should point to backward and arm should downward.
  6. Hold for a few seconds.
  7. Come back to start position.
  8. Do with left foot.
  9. It make one round.
  10. Do 3-4 sets initially.
  11. Gradually increase the number of sets.
  12. You may hold dumbbell or equal weight in both hands to add resistance.


Squats

  1. Stand Straight with your legs open at hips-width.
  2. Widen legs a bit more.
  3. bend your knee and take your body back as you are sitting on a chair.
  4. Don't extend your knee over your tones.
  5. Hold for sometimes.
  6. Then return to the straight Position.
  7. Repeat for 10 times.
  8. It is better to hold dumbbells or any equal weight in your hands to add resistance.


Lunges

  1. Stand straight with legs open at hips-width.
  2. chest remains lifted, chin up and abs contracted.
  3. Take a big step forward with your left foot.
  4. Bend down straight and bring your front knee over the top of your feet.
  5. Right knee should point out towards down to the floor.
  6. Hold this position for few seconds.
  7. Come back to initial position.
  8. Repeat with your right leg.
  9. You can lift a little equal weight in your hands.
  10. Repeat for 10-20 minutes.

Side Leg Raise

  2. Keep your head rested on your arm.
  3. Gently raise your right leg up, as far as you can.
  4. Hold for few seconds.
  5. Bring it back.

  8. It completes one round.
  9. Initially do only one round, then gradually increase to 3-4 rounds.

Clam Shell Exercise


Clam shell is similar to side leg raise but it has a little bit difference.

  3. Heels should stay together during whole exercise.
  4. Raise your right knee as soon as possible. (As Shown in Pic-B)

  6. Return to the initial position.
  7. Do this 5 times.
  8. Change Sides.
  9. It make one set.
  10. Increase your number of sets from 3 to 5 or 6.
  11. Wrapping a band around knees is optional.

Hip Raise Exercise

  1. Lie down on your back with straight head, seeing to the ceiling.
  2. Bend the knees so that your feet move towards your hips but feet should be in complete touch with roof.
  3. Stretch your hands outwards.
  4. Lift your hips to make a diagonal shape from shoulders to knees.
  5. Hold this position for a few seconds.
  6. Come back to initial position.
  7. Repeat 10 times to make one set.
  8. Increase sets form 3 to 10.
