Dehydration

Dehydration is lack of water. When your body needs water but you do not drink then body tries to store the water from inner parts. Face is a important part in which body water is stored. So you must drink excess water so that your water should not try to store water from inner parts.

Alcohol

Alcohol is a big cause of creating dehydration in the body which is also a reason for fat face. If you drink a lot then you must have this problem. So, avoid alcohol at maximum extent.

Junk Foods

Fast foods just like pizza and burgers etc are rich in carbohydrates. But you cannot find essential vitamins and carotene in them to look at your best. All the things in them are just "Junks". You are just producing fat on your face by eating such food.

Aging

Aging causes this. You can make delay in this by eating proper food which is full of essential nutrients.

Following are some important instructions which help a lot to fight with this problem.
  1. Drink 8-10 Glass of water daily.
  2. Eat Fresh Fruits & Vegetables rich in water.
  3. Avoid Excess Salt intake. (Reduce fast foods, Eat Potassium rich food, avoid sprinkling salt on every food item)
  4. Don't skip your proper meal at regular time of everyday.
  5. Avoid Junk Foods.
  6. Take Enough Rest.
  7. Correct your posture (Always sit, stand, talk and walk in a right way)

Exercises to Lose Cheek Fat

1. "O" exercise with Mouth

  1. Be Straight (Sit or Stand)
  2. Move your neck backward. Don't bend your head backward. Just take your neck back from its position as far as it can go.
  3. In this position, open your mouth to say a small "o". The corners of your lips should be remained close while you are in the pose of "o" saying.
  4. A building up tension should be felt in the muscles of chin.
  5. You can see this stretch in front of mirror.
  6. Hold this position for 10 minutes then relax.
  7. Relax it for 5-6 times.

2. Stick Your Tongue Out

  1. Sit Straight.
  2. Open mouth.
  3. Stick your tongue out and turn the tip of tongue to your chin.
  4. Hold this position for 10 seconds.
  5. Relax and then repeat.
  6. Repeat for 10 times.

3. Move Your Jaws

  1. Sit Straight and open your mouth.
  2. Move your lower lip forward and will make your jaw go forward. Push it outwards till you fell stress near to your ears.
  3. Hold this position for 8 to 10 seconds.
  4. Relax
  5. Repeat for 8-10 times.

4. Blow Air

  1. Open lips in shape of 'O'.
  2. Blow air outward as long as you can.
  3. Relax.
  4. Repeat for 8-10 times.

5. Facial Twist

  1. Sit or Stand straight.
  2. Keeping your lips closed, move them towards left and hold this position until you fell stress in your right cheek muscles.
  3. Change the direction. (Move lips to right).
  4. Do almost 5-6 rounds. (One round is to move lips left and then right).

6. Rotate Tongue in Closed Mouth

  1. Keep mouth closed.
  2. Stick your tongue out (in closed mouth). It will touch your lips form inner side and will remain in between upper and lower teeth.
  3. Rotate tongue clockwise in a manner that it keep on touching the outer side of tour upper & lower teeth.
  4. Do this for 10 rounds.
  5. Now rotate in anticlockwise for 10 times.

7. Smile with Closed Lips

  1. Keep your lips closed.
  2. Smile as far as you can with closed lips.
  3. Hold this position for 10 seconds.
  4. Relax.
  5. Repeat this for 8-10 minutes.

8. Move Your Lower Lip

  1. Stretch your lower lips to upward on your upper lip.
  2. Try to lift it upward so that your lip may touch your nose.
  3. Hold it for 10 seconds.
  4. Relax.
  5. Repeat for 5-10 times.
  6. It is best exercise.

9. Rotate Air inside mouth

  1. Keep your mouth closed.
  2. Blow some air under your lips.
  3. Hold for 10 seconds.
  4. Move this air to right.
  5. Hold for 10 seconds.
  6. Now move to left air.
  7. Hold for 10 seconds.
  8. Then to the lips.
  9. Repeat for 8-10 minutes.

Home Remedy for Chubby Face

Following is the easy and effective home remedy to get rid of chubby cheeks.

1. Cold Therapy for Your Face

Any frozen thing or cold water on your face helps to constrict your blood vessels which is useful to remove fat from that area.

Ingredients

  1. Water
  2. Ice Cubes
  3. Large Bowl

Procedure

  1. Fill the bowl with water till half and add ice cubes in it.
  2. Lower down your face in water for 5-10 seconds with closed eyes and closed mouth.
  3. Repeat 3-5 times.
  4. For its alternate, you can soak a cloth in chilled water and place this cloth on face.
