1. Use Ginger Tea

Ginger is a natural digestive element. It increases body temperature to burn fats more effectively. One can make its metabolism better to remove fats by drinking Ginger tea daily.

  1. Take 4 cups water, Ginger (Sliced 1-2 inch), 1 lemon and 1 table spoon honey.
  2. Boil water, add Ginger in it and further boil for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from stove and add lemon juice & Honey into it,
  4. Mix well and have one cup of this tea daily in morning.
  5. Have almost 2 cups throughout the day.

2. Drink Lemon Water


A stressed liver faces difficulty to metabolize the fats. Therefore it is necessary to detoxify your liver to make it able.
  1. Take 1 Lemon and Water (Warm is preferred)
  2. Squeeze this lemon juice in the water.
  3. Drink this water in morning with empty stomach.
  4. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after drinking this water.

3. Use Garlic


Garlic is a good tonic for cardiovascular system. It balances systolic and diastolic pressure. In easy words it make flow of blood very easily. It has anti-obesity characteristics. Raw Garlic is more useful to remove belly fat.
  1. Take 3 Garlic cloves, 1 Lemon and 1 cup of water.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice in the cup.
  3. Chew Garlic cloves and then drink water.
  4. Do this every morning with empty stomach.
  5. It will show effects within two weeks.

4. Drink Cranberry Juice


Organic acids like citric acid, quinic acid, malic acid are present in rich amount in Cranberries. These help to burn fats. 
  1. Take one cup of Unsweetened Cranberries and 7 Cup Water.
  2. Mix them in morning and drink one cup.
  3. You may have this one cup before breakfast and one cup before lunch.

5. Have Fish or Fish Oil


Omega-3 Fatty acids are present in the fish oil. This acid helps to break down the fats. Alternatively you can have fish which is rich in Omega-3 Acids such as tuna, salmon, mackerel and halibut.
  1. Have 6 gram (Almost one teaspoon fully filled) daily
  2. As an alternate you may have fish two times in a week.

6. Use Green Tea

Ingredients

  1. Hot Water (1 Cup)
  2. Basil/Mint (4-5 Leaves)
  3. Lemon Juice (1/2 Tablespoon)
  4. Green Tea Leaves (1-2 Table Spoon) OR 1 Tea Bag
  5. Honey (As per Taste)

Procedure

  1. Add mint/basil leaves and Green Tea leaves in hot water.
  2. Cover and Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and add lemon juice and Honey (If using)
  4. Mix well and Drink this green tea.
  5. Have three to four cups daily (Preferably after Meal)
